Mackie CR4/CR3 disassembly and internal photos

So these speakers broke after about 2.5 years of use. I expected them to last longer than that, so I'm pretty disappointed. Anyway I decided to take apart the active speaker with the power supply in, so here's a guide.

1. First remove all the screws around the outside on the rear of the speaker. Don't remove the screws which aren't around the edge.
Step 1 - remove outer screws only
2. Put your finger into the ventilation hole and pull off the back panel.
Step 2
3. If you need to remove the front of the speaker, then reach inside and there are four screws to be removed, one in each corner.

Vegas2Handbrake for Vegas Pro 14

The official website for Vegas2Handbrake is down at the moment, so I wanted to post a mirror so that you are still able to install the program.

Provided are the Vegas2Handbrake script files required but with two modifications already done. Firstly the one here which allows it to work with Vegas Pro 14 and secondly this one which allows it to work with a newer version of handbrake.

I don't know if the code in the download I am providing will work with versions earlier than Vegas Pro 14. I would guess not, but in that case you can trying using the original version which I have not modified and is provided exactly the same as was on the official website for Vegas2Handbrake when it was up. Both are in the same download. The modified version is in the folder fs2hb_en_03_modified and the original is in fs2hb_en_03. Use the modified version for Vegas Pro 14 and Handbrake 1.0.1 or higher.
